Chila
Argentine Chef Soledad Nardelli travels across the country in search of local ingredients to incorporate in her seasonal tasting menu. Set in the city’s upmarket riverside district of Puerta Madera, Chila is housed in an impressive modern space, complete with large, semi-open kitchen, where Nardelli puts a modern twist on traditional Argentine dishes. Using contemporary cooking techniques while staying true to pure flavor, Chila was listed on the Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants list in 2013, 2014 and 2015. Fans praise her take on revuelto gramajo, a timeless dish with creamy potato purée, slow cooked egg, fresh peas and crunchy bacon. The cost to dine at Chila is about US$120 for a seven-course tasting menu with wine pairings.
